Q: Are there any discounts available?
The prices we quote are wholesale prices. Our best price will be offered according to the order quantity, so please specify your purchase quantity when you inquire.
Q: What about the warranty of the products?
We offer a 3-year warranty. During this period, we will be responsible for any damage due to defects in manufacturing.
Q: What is the sample cost?
Please contact our sales team and specify your required models; they will check the sample cost for you. If we do not have stock, the sample cost will be double the wholesale price. The additional cost can be refunded after confirming a large order, with delivery costs paid by the customer. For customized samples, fees will be quoted separately.
Q: What is your MOQ requirement?
If the customer has an agent who can arrange shipment in China, the MOQ is 5 sets (EXW factory price). If the customer needs us to arrange shipment, the total volume must exceed 10 CBM.
Q: What should I do if the item is damaged during transportation?
Our customer service team is ready to assist you. We always take photos of well-packed products before shipping. If any damage occurs to the products, please take photos and send them to us for resolution.
