Q Can I get some samples?
Yes. We can custom made sample as you need.
Q Can you accept OEM/ODM orders?
We have professional designers and R&D teams who can customize the design and production according to your ideas.
Q How does your quality control work since I am not in China?
We have a complete QC system to manage our quality, our QC team will be tracing difference phase of production from beginning, such as raw material checking, assembling inspection and package inspection during mass production. We will supply Self-inspection service before shipment which include in taking mass production photos and full set inspection report to cooperated customers.
Q What's the lead time? How do you payment term?
The lead time is about 20-35 days after received your deposit. It depends on different series of furniture products and different designs.
Q How much is the freight?
The total freight of your cargo is determined by the cargo quantity, destination and the mode of transportation. Please provide us all these information so that we can quickly figure out the shipment cost for you.
