Q1 Do you have MOQ?
We have no requirement of MOQ. But the more quantity, the cheaper the price.
Q2 If I need one sample do I need to pay for it and how long will I get the sample?
We will have the sample ready within 2 days after confirmation and payment of the sample order and the sample fee will be refunded to you once the official order quantity reaches a 20ft container (or the same quantity as 20ft container).
Q3 If I have special requirements on color and LOGO can you do that?
We can customize the color or LOGO according to your requirements.
Q4 What is your terms of payment?
TT 30% advance payment, 70% balance before loading. Others trade terms are negotiable, such as LC, OA, DA etc.
Q5 Do you provide the warranty?
