Do you have a MOQ?
We have no requirement for MOQ. However, please note that the larger the quantity ordered, the more cost-effective and competitive the price will be.

If I need a sample, do I need to pay for it and how long will I get it?
Yes, samples require payment. We will have the sample ready within 2 days after confirmation and payment of the sample order. The sample fee will be refunded to you once the official order quantity reaches a 20ft container (or equivalent quantity).

If I have special requirements for color and LOGO, can you do that?
Absolutely. We can fully customize colors and LOGO branding according to your specific design requirements.

What are your terms of payment?
Our standard payment term is TT 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% balance due before loading. Other trade terms, such as LC, OA, and DA, are negotiable.
