How does your quality control work since I am not in China?
We have a complete QC system to manage our quality. Our QC team will be tracing different phases of production from the beginning, such as raw material checking, assembling inspection, and package inspection during mass production. We will supply self-inspection services before shipment, which include taking mass production photos and providing a full set inspection report to cooperated customers.

What's the lead time? What is your payment term?
The lead time is about 20-35 days after receiving your deposit. It depends on different series of furniture products and different designs.

How much is the freight?
The total freight of your cargo is determined by the cargo quantity, destination, and the mode of transportation. Please provide us all this information so that we can quickly figure out the shipment cost for you.
