What is your delivery time?
For Mock up room, if it is only a few pieces, such as 3-5pcs, then it will take about 3 weeks to finish after getting approved drawings and payment.
For mass production, it takes about 8-10 weeks after we receive the deposit and approved shop drawings and finished samples.

How many days will you need for the quotation?
It takes about 3-4 days for the quotation.

What about the warranty of your factory?
We promise all customers a 2-year warranty. Before packing the products, we have our own professional QC team to check each piece and make sure all furniture keeps a top quality. We will send a final QC report before shipment for all of our customers to check.

What is your MOQ?
Usually we do not have MOQ for hotel projects. We make furniture both for hotel guestrooms, hotel lobbies, and hotel restaurants.

Can you produce any products according to client's requirement?
We are a custom-made hotel furniture manufacturer. In our factory, we have all kinds of machines, so we can deliver great quality and any style of furniture according to customer's requirements. Before we make the mock-up, we will always send all kinds of finish samples to our customers for approval first.

What is your service for hotel projects?
We provide free shop drawings to our customers. We will send a full QC report for each product before shipment, and during the production process, we always send progress reports weekly to our customers. We will also take high-resolution photos for all production before shipments and send them to our customers free of charge.
