Q: What is the MOQ for each item?
A: The MOQ is different for different items. Normally, our MOQ is one 40'HQ container. For new customers who cooperate with us for the first time, a 20'GP container is acceptable, and 1-2 models can be mixed in one 20'GP container.
Q: Can your company provide samples?
A: Yes, we can. Please kindly note that our sample is charged at double the FOB price. That means if you need a sofa sample, the price for one sample sofa is equal to the selling price of two finished sofas. Moreover, we will fully refund the sample fee to you once you place an order for a 40'HQ container of our products. For example, if the furniture sample fee is USD 100, we will refund you the full USD 100.
Q: Can we mix different items in one container?
A: Normally, we can mix a maximum of 2-3 models for you in one 40'HQ container. For a single item loaded in one 40'HQ container, each model can have a maximum of 3 color options.
Q: Can you produce products according to customers' own designs?
A: We have a professional design team, which can perfectly implement customers' customized designs.
Q: Can the product details be modified?
A: Yes, certainly. If you have better ideas, we can modify the upholstery material, color, legs or dimensions of the products.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It is 30-45 days after receiving the deposit. We can arrange expedited production or delay the production as your request. Please note that expedited production is subject to specific circumstances.
