Q1: How long does it take to execute my order?
That depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please tell us the quantity and model number of the products you are about to order, so that we will give you a detailed schedule.
Q2: How can I know the completion of my order?
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will immediately arrange for the production. After the order is completed, we will inspect and test all products carefully to ensure no damage and loss. We will also send you the detection images of your order before delivery for you to confirm. (Note: Colors of products may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, scanning, etc.)
Q3: Can you arrange to deliver the goods for us?
Yes. When the orders are finished, we will inform you and arrange the shipping at the same time. There are LCL shipping and FCL shipping options for different order terms. The buyer can also choose air transport or ocean shipping based on requirement. When your orders reach your nearest local seaport or river port, the logistics company will inform you.
